Both rooms we booked were spotless and unique with the terrace, the garden, for instance. The very very nice and exceptional staff was much appreciated. The location of this hotel not far from downtown stores, the centre of Valladolid which is a lovely town, and the center was marvellous and incredible.

The staff were amicable and excellent, their services were excellent. Its location in Valladolid was excellent and unbeatable, just next door to Mexiko, other surrounding restaurants, parks, and Valladolid which is a lovely town. I was surprised at nearby Soletana Cafe Santuario, they had some goodies, drinks.

Stayed here for 2 nights with my family, had a very pleasant stay. Location: the hotel was just off the ADO bus terminal and many restaurants and historical downtown. Street food restaurant La Tremenda was located 5 minutes walk away.

Thank you for providing us with a wonderful stay. It is stunningly beautiful place to stay, the food is fantastic, and location is fantastic to the central plaza. The staff are exceptional, no complaint. A good bar does the trick.

The staff was caring and attentive throughout the day. The location was convenient, not too far away from Cenote Zaci. Besides, we were so close to the central plaza, restaurants, shops, the ADO bus terminal and many restaurants, and the centre of Valladolid which is a lovely town.
